1. Introduction
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and Winngoo Store ("Company", "We", or "Us") governing your use of the Winngoo Store mobile application ("App").

By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the App.

2. License Grant
The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for your personal and non-commercial purposes. This license is provided subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

3. Restrictions
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

License, sell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, distribute, host, or otherwise commercially exploit the App.
Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the App.
Access the App to build a similar or competitive service.
Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the App or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the App.
4. Ownership
The App, including all intellectual property rights therein, is and shall remain the property of the Company. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership interest in the App, but only a limited right of use as set forth herein.

5. Updates
The Company may from time to time provide enhancements or improvements to the features/functionality of the App, which may include patches, bug fixes, updates, upgrades, and other modifications ("Updates"). Updates may modify or delete certain features and/or functionalities of the App. You agree that the Company has no obligation to (i) provide any Updates, or (ii) continue to provide or enable any particular features and/or functionalities of the App to you.

6. Privacy Policy
The Company is committed to protecting your privacy. Your use of the App is subject to the Company’s Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

7. Term and Termination
This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or the Company. The Company may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice.

Upon termination of this Agreement, you shall cease all use of the App and delete all copies of the App from your device.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the App; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our App by any third party; (iv) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the App; and/or (v) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.

10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is located, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
