Winngoo Terms and Conditions for Store
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of [Winngoo Store ] services, including the Speedow Delivery App. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use Winngoo Store Delivery App, whether or not they are registered with Winngoo Store Delivery App. By accessing or using the Winngoo Store Delivery App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, do not access or use the Speedow Delivery App.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the Speedow app. By using the Winngoo Store app, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are effective as of 27/05/2022.
1. Introduction
Welcome to Winngoo! We hope you'll enjoy using our app, but please remember that it's only as good as the people who use it. Please be kind to our delivery drivers and staff, and we promise that the community will be kind right back.
1.1 Winngoo is an application that enables users to order food/ other goods from local businesses in the Winngoo network or outside of Winngoo network . Winngoo can be used by any individual for delivery of parcel, documents, medicines, important documents, key and many more. Winngoo has no affiliation with any of the restaurants or businesses; it only connects users with these businesses—any interaction between Winngoo and the restaurants or businesses is strictly commercial and not legal in nature.
1.2 Winngoo makes no representation of the quality or suitability of any restaurant or business listed on its platform, nor does it assume liability for any injury or damage sustained by users due to using Winngoo's services. Users should take all necessary precautions before ordering food or other items from a restaurant/business that appears on the app.
1.3 Users must be at least 18 years old to use this app. If you are under 18 years old but wish to use this app anyway, please get in touch with us at support@winngoo .com with your name and date of birth so we can approve your account request manually. We will respond within 2-3 working days (usually much quicker).
2. Winngoo Delivery Terms and Conditions for Users
2.1 Winngoo Delivery is an online platform that connects users with drivers to deliver products. Winngoo Delivery App is a digital platform that connects customers with local restaurants and businesses. The Speedow Delivery App platform includes mobile applications, websites, and other interactive digital interfaces where users may access the services we offer (collectively, "Services")
2.2. Users must be at least 18 years old to use the service. By accepting this Agreement, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that all registration information you submit is accurate and truthful. Your failure to provide accurate registration information or to keep your account information up-to-date may result in the suspension or termination of your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password and all activity occurring under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security (and provide updated information). We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by your failure to comply with this Section.
2.3. Users agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the service, including but not limited to those related to privacy, data protection and intellectual property rights.
2.4. Users agree not to use the service if they are under the influence of drugs or alcohol or suffer from a physical or mental condition that would impair their ability to use the service safely.
2.5. Users will not hold Speedow liable for any damages or losses caused by using the service, including but not limited to loss of goods as well as any damage caused by a driver's negligence while delivering goods on behalf of Speedow.
2.6. You may not use the Speedow app for any illegal activity or activity that violates any local laws or regulations where you are delivering from/to (such as selling bootleg DVDs).
2.7. User Agreement: This Agreement establishes a contractual relationship between you and Winngoo , which governs your use of the Winngoo Delivery App. By using or accessing the Winngoo Delivery App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and all other applicable agreements between you and Winngoo , including but not limited to our Privacy Policy. If there is any conflict between this Agreement and either the Privacy Policy or any other agreement between you and us, then this Agreement will control. Please read carefully through this entire document before using the Service so that you understand what rights and obligations apply when using the Service.
2.8. Winngoo Delivery App reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to you. The most current version of these Terms and Conditions can be viewed on our website at winngoo .com. We may make changes to these Terms from time to time. When we do so, we will change the "Last Updated Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of our Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
3. Winngoo Delivery app Fees and Payment Terms and conditions
3.1.Winngoo Delivery app charges the fee as little as possible.
3.2.Winngoo Delivery app will charge a fee for the delivery of products from the store owner to the customer. The amount of the fee is based on the distance between the store owner's location and the customer's location, as well as other factors, including weather conditions, traffic patterns, and time of day.
3.3.All fees are paid by customers through their credit cards or PayPal accounts.
3.4. Winngoo is a delivery app that delivers food and other items to customers within 60 minutes or less, as long as they're within the delivery area. When you use the Winngoo app, you agree to these terms and conditions. You also agree to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
4. Confidentiality
Winngoo is the application you downloaded to order your delivery from a local business. It acts as a bridge between yourself and your local business so that we can provide you with the delivery service you ordered. Winngoo guarantees that all information you provide to complete your order will be kept confidential. Your information will only be used for the purpose of completing your order. We do not sell or share your information with any other third parties, nor do we store it indefinitely.
Winngoo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profit or loss of business opportunity arising directly or indirectly from the use of our services. Winngoo reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
5. Winngoo Delivery App Use
5.1. Speedow is an online platform where you can order food and drinks from your favourite restaurants. You can also order groceries and other products from our partners.
5.2. Speedow is not a restaurant or a store but a delivery service provider; therefore, we are not responsible for any wrong or missing items in your orders.
5.3. Speedow will fulfil all its obligations under this agreement in accordance with the statutory provisions in force at the time of delivery of the goods by the Seller to the Buyer.
5.4. All prices are inclusive of GST unless otherwise specified by us at the time of purchase (the price shall be calculated based on the current net price of each product).
5.5. By using this application, you agree that you have read these terms and conditions and our privacy policy, which is incorporated into this contract by reference. If you do not agree with either or both of these documents, please do not use this application or service provided by Speedow Delivery App
